I’m from Jaipur, India, and started my journey with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University (2010). I began my career at Honda Motors R&D as an Executive Engineer in the Design Research team, where I focused on enhancing ergonomics, mechanical performance, and customer satisfaction. My work ranged from user research to track testing, benchmarking Honda vehicles against global competitors. I also collaborated with design teams in Thailand and Japan to develop a two-wheeler tailored for 21st-century South Asian women. In 2011, I represented Honda India at the World Honda Circle Conference in Vietnam, presenting an original Kaizen concept.
Fuelled by a passion for design and innovation, I pursued a Master’s in Strategic Design Management at NID in 2012. There, I honed a research-led, user-centric design approach to craft simple, functional solutions. Post-NID, I worked across industries and scales—from artisans and design studios to corporates like Bosch and InfoEdge (Naukri.com).
After receiving my U.S. work authorization in 2021, I’ve designed cloud-based B2B tools at a startup and UX for data-driven B2B/B2C platforms at a telecom giant. My work spans automotive, travel, e-commerce, packaging, and tech—always grounded in empathy and impact.
Currently, I’m exploring new opportunities, working on a personal project, and enjoying tea-fueled moments with my daughter.
